MeEly is a coordination tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always rely on qualified professionals for medical decisions, and call emergency services in an emergency.

You keep ownership of the information you add. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you share and for managing who has access to it.
